Financial market is the location of exchanging money. It collects the participants of the transaction, the financial instruments, mechanisms, and laws and other regulations. Financial markets are categorised based on different attributes.

Long-term transactions belong to this category (and transactions without maturity). The capital market converts savings into investments.
