These general terms and conditions apply to the websites (huntraders.com; huntraders.com), operated through these websites; hereinafter jointly referred to as “our websites”) operated by Aimslab Ltd. Aimslab Ltd. and the Experts it cooperates with are hereinafter referred to as “we”.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as your use of our websites is subject to them. By using our websites and/or purchasing any products or services from us, you acknowledge that you accept these Terms and Conditions, including those additional Terms and Conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our websites.

We may change our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Revised Terms and Conditions will be published on our websites and it is your responsibility to visit our websites regularly and take note of any changes in our Terms and Conditions.

General Terms and Conditions

Subject to the Terms and Conditions hereof, we hereby provide you with a non-exclusive, revocable and limited right to browse our websites and view the information and content on our websites for private, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to refuse providing this right to anyone for any reason at any time.

Utilizing this right you must not

• systematically copy (whether in a hard copy or a soft copy form) substantial parts of our websites or any materials made available on our websites;
• reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, publish, sell or resell our websites or any portion of them;
• utilize any intellectual property without the authorization of the owner (either us or any third parties) of such property;
• use our websites or any materials available on our websites in connection with creating, promoting or trading any financial or investment products or services;
• transmit or post any content that contains unauthorized commercial communications (e.g. spam) that is threatening, encourages violence or that may be found objectionable by us upon our sole discretion; and
• use our websites or any materials made available on our websites for unlawful purposes or fail to comply with any applicable laws, statutes or regulations and the current Terms and Conditions that apply to your use of our websites.

Products and services

General

In addition to the general Terms and Conditions above, the provisions described in this section shall also apply to you if you have opted to access a specific content on our websites (hereinafter jointly referred to as “our products”). Your access to specific content on our websites is subject to your registration to our website, by means of creating a free Huntraders user account. To join our e-learning system you must subscribe.

Our products

Upon registration to our websites and creating a free Huntraders user account, you may have the opportunity to schedule a free consultation with us to gain an understanding of our educational programs by compiling our contact form or by contacting us via e-mail or phone. Additionally, you may also be entitled to:

• Acces the following modules available on our websites free of charge:
  • Stock Exchange Smart Guide;
  • Stock Exchange Glossary;
  • FAQ; and
  • Brooker Chooser.
• Download our free learning materials in pdf from our websites;
• Acces the first slide of each lesson in each of our E-Learning modules; and

If you opt to be a member of our subscription system, in addition to the information available to users holding a free Huntraders account only, with your paid membership you may also be entitled to:

• Access full E-Learning modules, which may be
• free of charge (i.e. based on your membership in our subscription system); or
• subject to a separate one-time fee, which allows access to the specific e-learning module in question during your active membershi period;
• Access the Huntraders Shorts, which is an add-on product that can be paid as a monthly or annual fee. Only those who have paid the one-time fee for the E-Learning module can subscribe.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the access to our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of our products offered.

All descriptions of our products and their pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of Aimslab Ltd and the Experts. We reserve the right to discontinue any of our product (including any of the chatrooms and E-Learning modules) at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of our products will meet your expectations, or that any errors in our products will be corrected.

 

Purchase process

Purchase of subscriptions, products in the Huntraders sytem or access to the E-Learning modules (hereinafter jointly referred to as “our paid products”) can be initiated by completing the relevant online purchase form available on our website, and accomplishing the payment. The purchase price can be only paid in USD/HUF, via a Stripe transaction. 

Your purchase and access to our paid products will not be valid unless and until Aimslab Ltd. accepts your purchase.

By initializing the purchase process you declare that you: (i) wish to purchase our paid products, (ii) commit to pay the purchase price and (iii) expressly request Aimslab Ltd. to start the performance of the contract (i.e. provide you with the corresponding access and materials). You also acknowledge that after Aimslab Ltd. has started the performance of the contract, you lose all of your rights to withdraw or terminate the contract. On this basis, the purchase price of any of our paid products and any renewal thereof is non-refundable and you are not allowed to suspend your subscription to any of our paid products to any E-Learning modules.

An active membership in our subscription system is required for you to access our E-Learning modules. 

With reference to our right to discontinue any of our products (please refer to the section “Our products”), the purchase price of any of our paid products remains non-refundable even if our paid products or any parts of them become discontinued.

Access to our products is personal to you, and you must not transfer or share your access to our products or the products (or any parts of the products) purchased by you with any other person. We (Aimslab Ltd.) reserve the right to suspend your access to our products at any time without notice in the case we detect any suspicious activities/transactions under your account.

Limitations

Information on our websites, in our e-mail alerts and in our events

We are not responsible if information made available on our websites or in our e-mail alerts, or those discussed on our events is not accurate, complete or current. The information and content made available on our websites and in our e-mail alerts as well as those discussed on our events are provided for general information and education purposes only; any reliance on these information and materials is at your own risk. Any information and content delivered to you (including those on our websites, in our e-mail alerts or on our events) are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of our websites at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our websites. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our websites.

By accessing our websites and e-mail alerts and participating in our events, you also acknowledge that:

• none of the information and content made available on our websites or in our e-mail alerts or those discussed on our events constitutes an investment advice and you will not treat any information and content made available on our websites or in our e-mail alerts or discussed on our events as such;
• none of the information and content made available on our websites or in our e-mail alerts or those discussed on our events constitutes an offer, nor the solicitation of an offer, to buy or sell securities; and
• the information and content made available on our websites or in our e-mail alerts or those discussed on our events should not be relied upon to take investment decisions without consulting a qualified investment advisor.

Third party links on our websites or in our e-mail alerts may direct you to third party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties. We are also not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third party websites.

Availability

We may suspend the operation of our websites at any time without notice. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that access to or use of our websites or of any sites or pages linked to it will be uninterrupted or error free.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the products for indefinite periods of time or discontinue the products at any time, without notice to you.

Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights in relation to any information and content (including, without limitation, text, images and videos) made available on our websites, in our e-mail alerts or during our events is either owned by us or our third party content providers. You are only allowed to use our websites and e-mail alerts and the information and content made available through these channels as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Personal information

The use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

We may organize events, which may be recorded and/or photographed. By attending our events, you explicitly agree for us to prepare and utilize audio, video or photographic content that you may appear in.

General and governing law

These Terms and Conditions form the entire understanding of you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating to that subject matter.

You agree that we may sub-contract the performance of any of our obligations or may assign these Terms and Conditions or any of its rights or obligations without your consent or the need to give you notice.

Aimslab Ltd. will not be liable for any breach of these Terms and Conditions that arises because of any circumstances which Aimslab Ltd. cannot reasonably be expected to control. Further, in no case shall Aimslab Ltd. be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our websites (including our chatrooms and the Huntraders Trader Shop) and e-mail alerts or the information made on available through these channels.

You acknowledge that we may notify and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in identifying, investigating and prosecuting users who violate these Terms and Conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Aimslab Ltd. from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Vis major

Hereby you note and accept that we may temporarily suspend or terminate your access to our products without any consequences of all sorts, including but not limited to the refund or the purchase price, if we are unable to grant you access to our products due to unforeseeable events and reasons which are outside of our control (i.e. in the case of vis major).

If you have any enquiries about or complaints in relation to our websites or e-mail alerts, please address them within 30 (thirty) days of such enquiry or complaint first arising to Aimslab Ltd. by sending an e-mail to info@huntraders.com.
